Commitment
We run a small raid team so we don't need to bench raiders very often. Because of this you need to be able to raid as many nights per week as you can manage and give as much notice as possible when you can't.
Dedication
The ability to always pick yourself up after each wipe and keep trying. Our progression should be your No. 1 priority.
Preparation
Be ready to raid on time with any consumables and possible talent respecs you need. Have enough flasks/Food/Tomes/Runes/Pots to last the night while having gems/Enchants on gear.
Reliability
Whilst disconnects are an unavoidable part of the game, ensuring your PC is up to the job and that you're not dc'ing every few minutes is necessary. Equally you need to accept, without drama, that if you do dc repeatedly during a raid you will be replaced.
Knowledge
No-one will ever know everything, but this isn’t a leveling guild. Know how your character works and research new boss fights as best you can. We expect our raiders to be able to get the most out of their character during raids, respond positively to advice or criticism and make changes to game-play or spec to assist the raid if the encounter requires it.
Communication
From getting to know your fellow guildies, to calling out important information in a boss fight, being able to communicate properly with those around you is essential. Etiquette is equally important and showing respect for your fellow guild members is paramount. Our members are of all ages and from several European countries.
A sense of humor
As much as you need everything above, everyone raiding is still just another person. Being able to laugh along or make a few jokes yourself is very important to creating a friendly and fun guild atmosphere.
Respect
More than anything it is essential that all members of Frequency show some respect towards one another, No offensive or aggressive behavior in and out of guild activity is acceptable at anytime. Just as important is to remember the guild name is carried with you during out of guild activity and respect should be shown to all players.
